:: Kasumi Sharpening Stones 240 and 1000 Grits

Kasumi and other Damascus knives are extremely hard and use Kasumi ceramic stone to sharpen these knives.

Just soak in water until bubbles disappear. Start with 240 grit stone and sharpen both sides. Then switch over to the 1000grit stone and repeat the process.

After sharpening, the knives should be washed in water and dried completely with a soft towel.
