Your credit card information is encrypted using Secure
Socket Layer (SSL) Technology, the internet standard for secure commerce
transactions. This technology scrambles all of your personal information,
including credit card number, name and address, making it impossible to read as
it travels over the Internet. Any third party attempting to intercept the data
would be unable to read it.
When you move to the payment page from where the credit card data is tranmitted, you will see that http in the address line changes to https and that a lock appears at the bottom of the page.
You also have the option of starting the website with a secure page by just typing https in the address line. In this case, every page will be displayed in the secure mode.
Our transaction system works with Web browsers that can use SSL – such as
Microsoft Internet Explorer (version 3.0 or higher), Netscape Navigator (version
3.0 or higher) and the America Online browser.
